Product details

Acoustic batts made of Thermo bonded polyester fiber polyethylene terephthalate, for the intented use as backside acoustic element for increasement of absorption values.

  • Not affected by humidity
  • Blend of 100% recycled PET (50%) - and BICO fibers (50%). All fibers are acc. to REACH.
  • Can be washed with water
  • Can be vacuumed
  • Range in temperature from -30°C up to +80°C
  • High acoustical performance for various perforation designs (Unity)
  • Fireresistant with B-S1, d0 (EN 13501-1)

The absorption value with and without Airfelt30

Unity 3

With our Unity 3 perforation, the absorption value for a 200 mm installation height without Airfelt30 is: 0.80 aW | 0.80 NRC value.

When adding the Airfelt30 (30 mm Airfelt30) within the 200 mm installation height, the new absorption value is: 0.90 aW | 0.90 NRC value.

 

Unity 4

With our Unity 4 perforation, the absorption value for a 200 mm installation height without Airfelt30 is: 0.70 aW | 0.75 NRC value.

When adding the Airfelt30 (30 mm Airfelt30) within the 200 mm installation height, the new absorption value is: 0.75 aW | 0.75 NRC value.

 

Unity 6

With our Unity 6 perforation, the absorption value for a 200 mm installation height without Airfelt30 is: 0.65 aW | 0.60 NRC value.

When adding the Airfelt30 (30 mm Airfelt30) within the 200 mm installation height, the new absorption value is: 0.75 aW | 0.75 NRC value.

 

Unity 9

With our Unity 9 perforation, the absorption value for a 200 mm installation height without Airfelt30 is: 0.75 aW | 0.80 NRC value.

When adding the Airfelt30 (30 mm Airfelt30) within the 200 mm installation height, the new absorption value is: 0.85 aW | 0.80 NRC value.

 

Unity 8/15/20

With our Unity 8/15/20 perforation, the absorption value for a 200 mm installation height without Airfelt30 is: 0.60 aW | 0.55 NRC value.

When adding the Airfelt30 (30 mm Airfelt30) within the 200 mm installation height, the new absorption value is: 0.60 aW | 0.60 NRC value.
